mit dem Schulleiter und anderen beteiligten Eltern\/Beamten statt, um Tagesordnungspunkte zu besprechen.<\/span><\/p><p>Der EBR ist bei den Vorstandssitzungen und ggf. Sitzungen des Ausschusses anwesend, um die Meinung der Eltern zu vertreten\u00a0<\/p><p>Die EBR-Elternvertreter\/ Elternvertreterinnen treffen sich dreimal im Jahr:<\/p><p>- im Oktober zur Jahresversammlung<\/p><p>- im Januar als gesellschaftliches Ereignis<\/p><p>- im Juni, um das Schuljahr zu beenden und alle ehrenamtlichen Eltern zu w\u00fcrdigen<\/p> class=\"elementskit-card-body ekit-accordion--content\">\n                            <p>Der EBR engagiert sich intensiv bei der Organisation und Unterst\u00fctzung von Aktivit\u00e4ten an der Schule<\/p><p>Wir versuchen, Anliegen zu sammeln und an den Vorstand weiterzuleiten, engagieren uns aber auch in der Unterst\u00fctzung der Green-School-Bewegung<\/p><p>Wir mobilisieren Eltern f\u00fcr folgende Veranstaltungen: \u00c4thiopien-Tag, St. Martin, Weihnachten, Jazzfestival, Sporttag, Tag der offenen T\u00fcr, Flohmarkt, Buchverk\u00e4ufe<\/p><p>Alle Einnahmen aus den Election Process A parent representative and a deputy are elected in each class from kindergarten to grade 12. The Parent council officers are elected annually from among the parent representatives. Meeting The EBR meets bi-monthly Monthly meetings are held with the school principal and other involved parents\/officers to discuss agenda items. The EBR is present in the board meetings and the steering comittee meetings to represent parents opinion\u00a0 The parent representatives meet 3 times per year: &#8211; in October for the Annual Assembly &#8211; in January as a social event &#8211; in June to close the school year and appreciate all the volunteer parents Activities The EBR is highly engaged in organising and supporting activities at the school. We try to collect issues and forward them to the board, but are also engaged in supporting the Green School movement. We mobilize parents for the following events: Ethiopian Day, St Martin, Christmas, Jazz Festival, Sportsday, Open Day, Fleamarket, Booksales. All contributions from the events will be spent on extra materials for the school and afternoon care.
