Am 12.09.24 fand an der DBSAA zum wiederholten Male der \u201e\u00c4thiopientag\u201c statt. Die Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler konnten sich in verschiedenen Projekten mit unterschiedlichen Themen intensiv auseinandersetzen und kreativ arbeiten. Der Projekttag umfasste sowohl einige traditionelle Elemente, wie z.B. traditionellen \u00e4thiopischen Tanz und K\u00f6rbe flechten, als auch Projekte mit modernerem Ansatz, wie z.B. Skatetraining mit Ethiopia Skate und moderne Kunst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Im Anschluss an einen intensiven Vormittag traf sich die gesamte Schulgemeinschaft mit den Eltern, um gemeinsam ein \u00e4thiopisches Buffet zu genie\u00dfen.
Nach der St\u00e4rkung konnten die Kinder ihre Werke und neu erlernten F\u00e4higkeiten ihren Mitsch\u00fclerinnen und Mitsch\u00fclern, sowie den Eltern in der Turnhalle der DBSAA pr\u00e4sentieren. Es wurde ausgelassen gefeiert und die DBSAA stellte wieder einmal die besondere Bedeutung einer Begegnungsschule unter Beweis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Der \u00e4thiopische Projekttag ist nicht nur eine Gelegenheit, die Kultur \u00c4thiopiens zu w\u00fcrdigen, sondern auch eine wertvolle Erfahrung f\u00fcr unsere Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler, die sich ausprobieren und interkulturelle Kompetenzen entwickeln k\u00f6nnen.
Auch in diesem Jahr war der \u00c4thiopientag wieder ein voller Erfolg und eine interessante Abwechslung zum Schullalltag f\u00fcr alle Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"

On 12.09.24, the \u201cEthiopia Day\u201d took place once again at the DBSAA. The students were able to work creatively and intensively on various topics in different projects. The project day included some traditional elements, such as traditional Ethiopian dance and basket weaving, as well as projects with a more modern approach, such as skate training with Ethiopia Skate and modern art. After an intensive morning, the entire school community met up with the parents to enjoy an Ethiopian buffet together.After refreshments, the children were able to present their work and newly acquired skills to their classmates and parents in the DBSAA gymnasium. The celebrations were exuberant and the DBSAA once again demonstrated the special significance of an encounter school.
