Registration process

In order to make your registration at our school as easy as possible, you will receive our step by step instructions here.

In 6 steps to register with the DBSAA

Preparation of all important documents

Passports (child + legal guardian)
Vaccination certificate (voluntary)
Latest school reports
Digital and analogue passport photo student/kindergarten child
Custody papers, if applicable

Fill in and send the registration forms

Fill in the registration form and send it with copies of your passport

Examination of the documents by the administration

Acknowledgement of receipt is automatic
if necessary, invitation to a language level survey (for children with a multi/bilingual background)
Feedback to parents as to whether admission can take place

Dispatch of the place confirmation

Before starting in kindergarten or school

Parents receive comprehensive information on the first day of kindergarten or school:
What group/class will my child be in?
What equipment does my child need?
How is the first day and the following days organised?

General information as well as information about:
Library
Cafeteria
Bus service
Fee schedule
School Year Calendar

After starting in kindergarten or school

Receipt of invoice for kindergarten fees/school fees
Sending additional documents for the student file:
Registration for afternoon care
Emergency form
Declaration of consent for further data processing
Last school report
Digital and analogue passport photo
Membership in the school association

Admission to upper Secondary School II (IBDP)

Registration and dates

Kindergarten
Citizens of the Federal Republic of Germany, Switzerland and Austria are admitted all year round. If you have any questions, please contact our school office. They will be happy to help you with any questions you may have and, if necessary, arrange an appointment for an interview with the head of school Dr. Nutz.
