On December 19, 2024, the German Embassy School Addis Ababa invited its parents, teachers and staff to this year’s DBSAA Christmas party.
The students of the different grades contributed to the festive atmosphere with impressive performances. The children enchanted the audience with plays and traditional Christmas carols.
A special highlight of the evening was the science department’s Christmas chemistry show. The students demonstrated impressive experiments that showcased Christmas symbols and colors. Sparkling reactions amazed young and old alike. This original mix of science and festivity was the perfect end to a successful evening.
The parents’ council took care of the physical well-being, providing a varied buffet with tasty treats and a BBQ. Another special attraction was the waffle station, which was run by the SMV and was very popular.
All participants and spectators had a great time and looked forward to the upcoming festive season together.
